Commit to Fit, Volume 2

Good morning! And welcome to the second workout in Special Olympics Pennsylvania’s Commit to Fit video series! 💪🍎☺️

Today, we’re joined by Dr. Sean Hanley, who has two exercises for us (march & swing arms and chair squats) and also a message about the launch of our LIVE Commit To Fit workout program, which he’ll be leading starting at 7:00 p.m. tonight on our Facebook page! Be sure to share this info with your friends & family so they can join in the fun!

And remember — check back every weekday at 10:30 a.m. EST for a new workout video and send us your workout photos and videos! We’ll see everybody on Facebook LIVE at 7:00 p.m. as Dr. Hanley leads us in a home workout session!
