Commit to Fit, Volume 3

Good morning everybody! And welcome to the third workout in Special Olympics Pennsylvania’s Commit to Fit video series! 💪🍎☺️

Today, we’re joined by Souderton Area High School Unified Partner, Lindsay Coll, who has two exercises for us (side arm raises & back lunges) and also a message about how to make healthy eating choices every day! Be sure to share this info with your friends & family so they can join in the Commit to Fit fun!
