Commit to Fit, Volume 4

Happy Friday, everybody! And welcome to the fourth workout in Special Olympics Pennsylvania’s Commit to Fit video series! πŸ’ͺ🍎☺️

Today, our session is led by Special Olympics Pennsylvania Bucks County athlete, Health & Fitness Coordinator and Global Messenger, Troy Jackson. Troy has two exercises for us (overhead press and shrugs) and also a message about some healthy snacks to eat while you’re at home! Be sure to tag two people in this post so they can join in the Commit to Fit fun!
