Hello and happy Monday! Welcome to the fifth workout in Special Olympics Pennsylvania’s π—–π—’π— π— π—œπ—§ 𝗧𝗒 π—™π—œπ—§ video series! πŸ’ͺ🍎☺️

Today, our session is led by Bethlehem County athlete and Health & Fitness Coordinator Brittany Thayer, who has two exercises for us (quick punches & wall push-ups). Once you’re done your workout, be sure to share this info with your friends & family so they can join in the fun.
