Commit to Fit, Volume 6

Good morning everyone! And welcome to the sixth workout in Special Olympics Pennsylvania’s π—–π—’π— π— π—œπ—§ 𝗧𝗒 π—™π—œπ—§ video series! πŸ’ͺ🍎☺️

Today, our session is led by a very special guest — Pittsburgh Bureau of Police Officer Pamela Deguffroy! A member of Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics for eight years, an avid Polar Plunger and an invaluable volunteer at state events, Officer Deguffroy has two exercises for us today: line hops and side planks! We can’t wait to get started. Be sure to tag two people in this post so they can join you in the Commit to Fit fun!

And remember to check back right here every weekday at 10:30 a.m. EST for a new workout video!
