Commit to Fit, Volume 7

Happy Wednesday! And welcome to the seventh workout in Special Olympics Pennsylvania’s π—–π—’π— π— π—œπ—§ 𝗧𝗒 π—™π—œπ—§ video series! πŸ’ͺ🍎☺️

Today’s session is led by Special Olympics Pennsylvania – Delaware County athlete Kelly Unangst! Kelly is going to demonstrate two exercises for us today: high knees jog in place and plank from knees! We can’t wait to continue staying fit together. Be sure to tag two people in this post so they can join you in the Commit to Fit fun!
