Commit to Fit, Volume 20

Welcome to a new week, which means — a new opportunity to stay in shape together!! πŸ˜€ Today, we’re proud to offer the 20th workout in Special Olympics Pennsylvania’s π—–π—’π— π— π—œπ—§ 𝗧𝗒 π—™π—œπ—§ video series! πŸ’ͺ🍎☺️

Today’s session is led by the Exercise Physiologist at the Sheetz Center for Shwellness, Breana Veckov! Breana will demonstrate how to make your own homemade kettle bell and then two exercises for us: kettle bell swings and sumo squats to upright rows! We can’t wait to get going with this workout!
