Commit to Fit, Volume 21

Happy Tuesday, fam! We’re so excited to share the 21st workout in Special Olympics Pennsylvania’s π—–π—’π— π— π—œπ—§ 𝗧𝗒 π—™π—œπ—§ video series!Β πŸ’ͺ🍎☺️

Today’s session is led by three dental students from theΒ University of Pittsburgh School of Dental MedicineΒ Shelly Wu, Raisin Saini and Sewon Hwang! They will demonstrate three exercises for us: high knees, jumping squats and criss-cross crunches! And afterward be sure to stay tuned for some AMAZING oral hygiene tips!!
