Commit to Fit, Volume 22

If the days of the week are starting to blend together, don’t worry we’ve got a helpful tip: it’s Special Olympics Pennsylvania’s π—–π—’π— π— π—œπ—§ 𝗧𝗒 π—™π—œπ—§ day! πŸ’ͺ🍎

Today’s session, the 22nd in our series, is led by a trio from Dallastown Area School District / York County: our 2019 Coach of the Year, Deb Gable, her son (who’s also a Unified partner) Brooks Gable and athlete Tyler Zahos! They will demonstrate some awesome hand-eye coordinator exercises for us and Tyler will follow up with a health tip and a surprise at the end!
