Commit to Fit, Volume 25

Hello everybody — Happy Monday! Welcome to the 25th workout in Special Olympics Pennsylvania’s š—–š—¢š— š— š—œš—§ š—§š—¢ š—™š—œš—§ video series!

We hope you’re ready to work out. Today’s session is led by Special Olympics North America‘s Tara Baker, and her son Weston & her dog!! It’s definitely in the running for most adorable Commit to Fit to date! Today, Tara will lead us in squats + lunges and modified bench press! We’re so thankful that she was able to help lead today’s workout. We hope you enjoy it!
