Commit to Fit, Volume 26

What a lovely day to exercise! Welcome to the 26th workout in Special Olympics Pennsylvania’s 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗙𝗜𝗧 video series! 💪🍎☺️

Today’s session is led by DeSales University student-athlete Alaina Neubauer! Alaina, who is also on the Board of Directors for the Eastern Fall Sectional, will lead us in frog jumps, arm circles and drawbridge planks! We’re so thankful that she was able to help lead today’s workout. We hope you enjoy it!
