Commit to Fit, Volume 29

We don’t know how this week went by so fast, but here we are at Friday and the 29th workout in Special Olympics Pennsylvania’s π—–π—’π— π— π—œπ—§ 𝗧𝗒 π—™π—œπ—§ video series! πŸ’ͺ🍎☺️
Today’s session is led Montgomery County long-distance running/walking & track & field coach Lily Magliente!

Lily is going to demonstrate three exercises for us today: forearm planks, squats and burpees! Then, once we learn them, we can join her for a circuit workout. We hope you enjoy it!
