Commit to Fit, Volume 33

The sun is out and it’s another fantastic day! We are pumped for today’s 33rd workout in Special Olympics Pennsylvania’s π—–π—’π— π— π—œπ—§ 𝗧𝗒 π—™π—œπ—§ video series! πŸ’ͺ🍎☺️

Yesterday, we were led by Kyle McCloskey and today we’re led by his sister, Kiernan McCloskey — a volunteer with Montgomery County! Kiernan is going to demonstrate Sumo Squats and Dead Bugs (no, not murder hornets) for us!

And remember — check back every weekday at 10:30 a.m. EST for a new workout video. If you missed any of the previous workouts, you can find them here.
