Commit to Fit, Volume 38

Happy Thursday all you wonderful people out there in Facebook land! We are so excited for today’s 38th workout in Special Olympics Pennsylvania’s π—–π—’π— π— π—œπ—§ 𝗧𝗒 π—™π—œπ—§ video series! πŸ’ͺ🍎☺️

Today, we’re heading over to Washington/Greene County for a session led by athlete, Health & Fitness Coordinator, Athlete Representative and all-around awesome human — Zachary Williams! Zach is going to demonstrate jumping jacks, running in place and toe touches for us this morning!
