Today, our session is led by Special Olympics Pennsylvania Bucks County athlete, Health & Fitness Coordinator and Global Messenger, Troy Jackson. Troy has two exercises for us (overhead press and shrugs) and also a message about some healthy snacks to eat while you’re at home! We’re so excited you’re here!! Today, our very own Kelsey Foster will welcome us to the program, lead two exercises (jumping jacks & straight leg raises) and encourage everyone to share this workout with their friends and family!

We’re pumped to begin this fitness journey with everyone and can’t wait to see all of the awesome progress you’re making as we continue to stay happy and healthy.

SOPA launches "Commit to Fit" workout program

Beginning TOMORROW morning, Special Olympics Pennsylvania is beyond excited to announce the launch of our brand new Commit to Fit daily workout program. While we can’t hold competitions right now, that doesnโ€™t mean we’re not able to all stay healthy and active TOGETHER. Hereโ€™s what to expect from Commit to Fit.
