Today, our session is led by a very special guest — Pittsburgh Bureau of Police Officer Pamela Deguffroy! A member of Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics for eight years, an avid Polar Plunger and an invaluable volunteer at state events, Officer Deguffroy has two exercises for us today: line hops and side planks!
