We’re so excited you’re here!! Today, our very own Kelsey Foster will welcome us to the program, lead two exercises (jumping jacks & straight leg raises) and encourage everyone to share this workout with their friends and family!
We’re pumped to begin this fitness journey with everyone and can’t wait to see all of the awesome progress you’re making as we continue to stay happy and healthy. Beginning TOMORROW morning, Special Olympics Pennsylvania is beyond excited to announce the launch of our brand new Commit to Fit daily workout program. While we can’t hold competitions right now, that doesn’t mean we’re not able to all stay healthy and active TOGETHER. Here’s what to expect from Commit to Fit.
🔹 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼𝘀: You can follow along with us across all of our social media channels at 10:30 a.m. EST, Monday-Friday 🔹 𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Every Monday & Wednesday evening, beginning on Wednesday, March 25 at 7:00 p.m. EST 🔹 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀: Join in on the fun with our athletes, coaches, volunteers, celebrity ambassadors and SOPA staff as we all Commit to Fit together!
