Commit to Fit, Volume 9

Happy Friday everybody!! And welcome to the ninth workout in Special Olympics Pennsylvania‘s π—–π—’π— π— π—œπ—§ 𝗧𝗒 π—™π—œπ—§ video series!

Today’s session is led by a super special guest — Miss Central Pennsylvania 2020 Meghan Sinisi! Meghan, who is a huge supporter of Special Olympics (and also a competitive baton twirler!) is going to demonstrate two exercises for us today: wall sits and triceps dips! We can’t thank her enough for leading today’s session and helping us stay in great shape! Be sure to tag two people in this post so they can join you in the Commit to Fit fun!
