Happy Friday everybody!! And welcome to the ninth workout in Special Olympics Pennsylvania‘s 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗙𝗜𝗧 video series!
Today’s session is led by a super special guest — Miss Central Pennsylvania 2020 Meghan Sinisi! Meghan, who is a huge supporter of Special Olympics (and also a competitive baton twirler!) is going to demonstrate two exercises for us today: wall sits and triceps dips!
