Commit to Fit, Volume 36

Hello everyone and Happy Tuesday!! We are so excited for today’s 36th workout in Special Olympics Pennsylvania’s π—–π—’π— π— π—œπ—§ 𝗧𝗒 π—™π—œπ—§ video series! πŸ’ͺ🍎☺️

We’ve got a first here at Commit to Fit — and that’s a two-part video! Yesterday we did mindfulness and meditation and today we’ve got… boxing! πŸ₯Š Join Emme Kadel, an Occupational Therapy student at Temple University as she leads us in a series of boxing fitness moves. Today we’ll learn some moves on offense and then come right back tomorrow for the defensive moves!
